Crysta (Byrd) Abelseth’s false statement to police and to the 21st JDC for a temporary restraining order.
Notice in the false statement the reference to sexual abuse. However, that key piece of information was missing from the 911 call. Also, notice the reference to the sexual assault evidence statement made by the examining doctor. Additionally, that same doctor’s official and certified forensic examination report (that included NEGATIVE DNA results) entered into evidence in court proved no drugs were present in the child’s system and that the sexual abuse did not occur. Lastly, the doctor’s report did not include the statement that Crysta (Byrd) Abelseth included in the restraining order.
Notice the date of the first alleged incident – 02/21/22. They allege this incident took place at night while the child was sleeping. Notice the timing of the Google Doc communication below saying “we have to say something happened” – 02/21/22 @ 5:51PM. Several hours before the first alleged incident could have taken place.

- Stacie referenced in the below communication is THE FELON, “Non-Profit Advocate” cousin Stacie S. Triche – the co-author of the book Concealed Names – A book about anti-bullying.
- When asked by Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff detective approximately 6 hours after this call to provide a copy of the communication between mother and child, the mother and child could “not produce” a copy of the email the child sent to the mother claiming she was drugged and raped by the father.
- During Crysta (Byrd) Abelseth’s testimony, when asked and shown copies of this communication she blamed it all on Stacie S. Triche (who was not present in court after being served with subpeona). Crsyta (Byrd) Abelseth stated that she was not aware of what she was sending the minor child. Crysta (Byrd) Abelseth’s words were, “I was just sending what Stacie told me to tell her. I didn’t know what it meant.”
